Richmond Rivieria Fund
The Richmond Riviera Fund ("RRF") was incorporated in 2010 after a vote of the membership of the Richmond Yacht Club. The RRF is a separate stand alone public charity whose Board of Directors is nominated by and consists of members of the Richmond Yacht Club. The RRF is distinct from the Richmond Yacht Club Foundation, which supports competitive sailors.
The Richmond Riviera Fund was created to support existing charities in the city of Richmond, California. To be considered, charities must be headquartered in the City of Richmond, and perform a large part of their charitable activity within our city. Charities should be of a size small enough that our planned donations will make a difference. Charities should be established long enough to have a track record. All charities will be strictly vetted via Guidestar. We endeavor to have an ongoing relationship with charities which meet our criteria, whether or not they are currently on our list. The Richmond Riviera Fund was created out of a desire of the Richmond Yacht Club to reach out to our city and Give Where We Live. Thank you for your support of the Richmond Riviera Fund, the Richmond Riviera Regatta and A Taste of Richmond.
